any other purposes necessary for the appropriate and smooth performance of law firm services

Management of Personal Information

We shall take such measures that are necessary and appropriate to prevent unauthorized access to, leakage, loss, and impairment of personal information. For the purpose of the safe management of personal information, we shall supervise our attorneys and staff, and if we entrust the handling of personal information to any third party, monitor such third party.

Provision of Personal Information to Third Party

We shall not provide personal information to any third party without a consent of the relevant person except as otherwise approved by the law and ordinances.

Request for Disclosure and Correction of Personal Information

If any person has any questions or comments, or wishes to request for disclosure, correction, addition or deletion of such person’s personal information (“Disclosure Request”), please contact below. Upon verification of the identification of such person as the person of the relevant personal information, we shall deal with the Disclosure Request.
Please note that we may request payment of fees for dealing with the Disclosure Request.

Amendment to the Privacy Policy

We may amend the Privacy Policy as necessary. Upon amendment of the Privacy Policy, we will post the amended Privacy Policy.
