Keita Suganuma

Keita joined Vanguard Lawyers Tokyo in October 2026 after gaining in-house legal experience at several companies listed on the Prime Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange and working in private practice at a Tokyo-based corporate law firm. Drawing on this background, he advises on a broad range of corporate matters, including commercial agreements, regulatory matters, compliance, internal investigations, and dispute resolution.

Admitted as a Japanese bengoshi (lawyer) in 2022, Keita is a member of the Dai-ni Tokyo Bar Association. He was educated at Tohoku University Faculty of Law, Tohoku University Law School and the Legal Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Japan (2022).
