Yuki Mizuto

Yuki joined Vanguard Lawyers Tokyo in April 2022 from a Japanese Law Firm that mainly handles labor law cases for clients of various sizes and industries. She has provided her expertise on a large number of labor and employment disputes such as various dismissal cases, unpaid overtime cases, changes in working conditions, industrial accident cases, and harassment matters. She also has experience with various types of domestic litigation and arbitration in commercial and civil cases as well as drafting and reviewing general commercial contracts and advising on applicable industrial regulations.

Admitted as a Japanese bengoshi (lawyer) in 2014, Yuki is a member of the Dai-ni Tokyo Bar Association. She was educated at Keio University School of Sociology Studies, University of Nagoya Law School and the Legal Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Japan (2014). Admitted to State Bar of California (2022).
